Eric Wade is a third generation Los Gatos home builder. The company name, Wade Construction, has been synonymous with trust and excellence in design and building in the area for over 30 years. In addition to providing general oversight for all Wade Construction projects, Eric manages the cost control and scheduling to ensure work progresses smoothly and efficiently. He is hands on working side by side his sub-contractors and employees to guarantee the quality and detail meets his exacting specifications.
Over the years, Wade Construction has developed a loyal clientele in the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno area and has enjoyed a successful referral business because we work with integrity.
